ingredients :
- High quality chickpea flour = 250 g
- Solid oil = 125 g
- Powdered sugar or sugar = 125 g
- cardamom levigated = half a teaspoon
- saffron levigated = half a tablespoon

Instruction :
First, pour the solid oil, powdered sugar and cardamom into the mixer. Then add chickpea flour and saffron and let them mix well.
You can mix the ingredients together and then grind it with a meat grinder. Cover the bowl with a bag of chickpea pastry and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
Then turn on the oven and set the temperature to 150 degrees to heat. Then flatten the dough and then mold.

You can add a maximum of 30 to 40 grams of solid oil to make chickpea pastry dough powder, although this oil-free pastry will be tastier and of better quality.
You should keep in mind that you should not use butter instead of oil at all for chickpea sweets, because it will harden the sweets.
To decorate chickpea sweets, you can decorate with black seed or sesame and anything else you like.
Rice flour helps make your pastry crispier. That’s why you can reduce 100 grams of chickpea flour and use rice flour instead.
