Seyed Mahmoud Azami, director of Rashtkhar Agricultural Jihad, said:
Saffron harvesting has started from more than 6300 hectares of farms in Rashtkhar city.

He further pointed out that more than 1650 hectares of this area are under cultivation in the threshold of this, he said:
each hectare of saffron provides employment for about five people directly and indirectly.

Azami further reminded:
the harvest of saffron in Rashtkhar will start in mid-October and will continue until the end of December.

The director of Rashtkhar Agricultural Jihad, referring to the sensitivity of the saffron harvest season in the current situation, said:
