Delicious saffron cocoa and vanilla cupcake recipes
ingredients :
- Flour = 2 glasses
- Sugar = 1 glass
- Milk = 1 glass
- Eggs = 3 pcs
- Vanilla = 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder = 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder = 1 tbsp
- Liquid oil = 1/2 cup
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 tbsp
- Almond Chopped= as needed
Instruction :
First chop the egg in a large bowl, then add the vanilla and then the sugar.
Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer until the cream is creamy and elastic, add two to three minutes, then add a glass of milk.
Then add the liquid oil, baking powder, and flour little by little and mix the ingredients with a whisk to mix well.
Separate the ingredients into three equal bowls, and add two tablespoons of concentrated Saffron mixed with hot water to the first bowl.
Because we used Saffron mixed with hot water, then add two tablespoons of flour to thicken the ingredients, then set aside.
Mix the second bowl with a spoonful of cocoa powder and set aside.
The third dish does not need to add anything and the same vanilla flavor is enough.
We grease the cupcake paper mold a little bit,
