Meanwhile, about 45 tons of saffron have been sold on stock exchanges, and a significant portion has been exported.
According to Sherzad, there are no concerns about the production, supply and export of saffron and the market is managed.
He said about the guaranteed and agreed-upon purchases of products: Over the past three months, more than 3 million tons of products have been purchased as collateral and consignment, of which 1,500,000 tons of wheat were guaranteed and 510,000 tons of other products were agreed upon. . On the other hand, about seven thousand tons of garlic and saffron have been bought and exported in the last three months.
Shirzad announced the construction of two thousand square meters of direct supply of goods and agricultural products in urban areas, saying that these centers have been established in order to access agricultural unions and cooperatives to urban markets near urban areas. Meanwhile, the central rural cooperatives have been marketing, marketing, and exporting 190,000 kinds of agricultural products for sale, purchase and sale.
