Saffron and Rose Water Cake Recipe

ingredients :

  • Eggs: 3 pcs
  • Flour: 2 glasses
  • Sugar: 1 glass
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Roseback: 1/4 cup
  • Thick saffron: 3 Spoon
  • Vanilla: tip of teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 3 teaspoon

How to prepare:

1-Add eggs, sugar and vanilla to make a cream. Add boiling water and stir for 2 minutes. Then add oil for 5 minutes to make it puff.
2- Mix milk, rose water and saffron and add the top ingredients.
3- Stir the flour and baking powder three times and add to the material in 3 steps, and in the end, stir with the stirrer for 15 seconds to make it uniform.
4- Fat the mold and set the curd we had already turned on with 175 degrees. Cooking well for 45 minutes.
