Local Halva Saffron Recipe

ingredients :

  • Rice flour = 1 kg
  • Sugar = 800 grams
  • Sweat = 1/2 cup
  • Rose water = 1 glass
  • Saffron = 1 glass of diluted
  • Butter = 200 g
  • Walnuts = 100 grams
  • Cinnamon = to the extent necessary
  • Green cumin = to the extent necessary

Instruction :

In the first step, mix the local halva with rice flour, sugar, saffron, and water in the appropriate amount.

Then place the pot on the heat of the gas to dissolve the sugar and saffron well inside the water. After the sugar is dissolved in water, add the rose water and honey.
Remove the pot from the heat of the gas.
Pour the oil into a non-stick shake and place the pan over the gas.
After the oil is hot, add the rice flour to the oil and stir the rice to rinse regularly.
Note that stirring until rice flour is completely fry.
After the rice flour comes in golden color, add butter and syrup to rice flour.
Then stir the halvah well so that it is homogeneous and well cooked.
Spread the halva inside a tray or container and pour it on the walnut and cumin.
When the halvah is cooled, cut it down and drink it.

Be sure to follow these tips
1. In cooking halvah with rice flour in winter, use liquid oil and summer solid oil.
2. If there is no oil in the final stage of blushing, add some oil to halvah.
3. To taste delicious halvah with rice flour, you can use a cardamom or a small amount of vanilla instead of a rose.
4 .To prepare the halva syrup, dissolve the saffron in the water beforehand.
5. If, after pouring the syrup into the rice halva, the halva is burned for a long time on the heat, it burns and causes the halvah to rinse and dry.
