Halva Saffron Shiraz Recipe
ingredients :
- Rice flour = 1 cup
- Starch = 1 cup
- milk = 2 liters
- Sugar = 2 cup
- rosewater = 1/2 cup
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 spoon
- Water = 1 cup
- Pistachio Nutrition = Required
- Oil = 3 spoons
Instruction :

Mix rice and sugar flour with milk
