Meaty Broth Saffron Recipe
It’s slightly different from the broths you make at home. They cooked this old broth in Tehran. The difference is with today’s common juices for having brains, as well as plums, apples and cousins. Eat and Enjoy.
ingredients :
- Broiler meat = 300 grams
- White bean = 1/4 cup
- Walnut, Almonds, Pistachio Nuts and Hazelnuts – 1/2 cup
- Qesi = 4 pcs
- Gourmet plumage = 6 pcs
- Apple tree Medium = 1 pcs
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Saffron mixed with hot water = 3 soup spoon
- Salt and pepper = to the extent necessary
Instruction :
First, wash the meat in the basket to drain it. Rinse onion, peel it and cut it into four pieces.
Pour 4 glasses of water, pour meat and onions to cook.
Pour white beans into half a day in a bowl to make them wet. Then pour the beans. When the meat is cooked, add the beans until cooked.
Put the walnut, almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts in the water so that you can easily peel them off.
Then add four brains and leave it for about half an hour to cook as much salt as possible and add pepper.
Wash the apples and crush the tree. Add cesium, mushroom plum and apples and lower the heat to cook completely and feed.
Turn off the heat and add the safflower blend and stir.
Trick :
If you want the perfume and the color of saffron more to eat, just add the saffron and stir for a few minutes before turning off the stove.
