First into the pot, add a glass of water And put it on the gas flame. Then add half a grain of rice and cook over low heat until completely cooked. Be careful not to get caught or burned.
Then add the milk. In the next step, we add concentrated brewed saffron and salt. Add about a tablespoon and a half of solid oil and then turn off the gas flame. (If you wish, you can substitute butter for solid oil.)
Fry the onion in chips and set aside. Pour about half a tablespoon of the remaining solid oil into a bowl and heat until well combined, then add the cinnamon powder and bring to a boil.
Pour the saffron rice milk into the main dish and after cooling, decorate with onion chips. Pour the cinnamon powder dissolved in the oil to decorate and flavor the middle of the dish.
Really great and very tasty I suggest you try.
Other tips:
It should be noted that if you do not like the taste of the flavor, you can make it sweet and remove the onion and add cardamom and rose instead.
But with the salty taste of saffron, it is very tasty and is very suitable as an appetizer or at breakfast or dinner.
