Harvesting more than 400 kg of saffron in Lorestan province
The head of the Lorestan Agricultural Jihad Organization announced the harvest of more than 400 kilograms of saffron in the province.
According to the public relations of this organization, Ishaq Taheri Moghaddam, said:
with the end of the saffron harvest in the province, 425 kg of saffron was harvested from 50 hectares of land under cultivation of this crop in Lorestan.
He added:
The average harvest of saffron per hectare of agricultural lands in province is 7 to 10 kg.
