Zarei announced the cultivation time of saffron from the beginning of November to early December, saying: “This product is capable of cultivating in 12 cities and limiting cultivation due to unfavorable atmospheric conditions in the cities of Sarlplezahab and Qasr-e-Shirin.

He announced the existence of two saffron packaging workshops in Kermanshah, saying: “During the harvest season, 20 people per hectare are collecting the product.”
Zarei stated that the cultivation of saffron is in the pursuit of the goals of the resistance economy, he said: The Agricultural Jihad Organization can support the cultivators interested in cultivating saffron and to cultivate this low-yielding product.
