Karami pointed out that the harvest of saffron was started from November and will continue until the end of December: the higher the air temperature tends to cool and cool, the saffron produces a flower and a better flag.
He said that at the present time saffron fields are located in areas of central and southern part of the country, adding that this year, in the areas of Qaraghaj and all of the villages, Saffron has been planted for spring.
