New invention for saffron flower harvesting
The Saffron flower harvesting plant was unveiled by Amir Hossein Asadiyan, faculty member of the University of Birjand at the Faculty of Agriculture.
The Saffron flower harvesting machine is the world’s first invention that, despite its low weight, saffron flower yields no damage to the plant.
This device can harvest a row in a meter long in one second in a leveling area.
There is no limit to the amount and quantity of the product for this device, and it is able to harvest flowers at any height and length.
The machine is equipped with sensors that do not damage the leaves of saffron, and do not harm the white buds and saffron that are harvested next day.
Low product weight, easy to carry and high harvest speed are among the benefits of this strategic product. This invention was unveiled on the sidelines of the Saffron harvesting ceremony at the Faculty of Agriculture.
