Meanwhile, exports of saffron in packages of 10 to 30 grams in terms of weight and value show a decrease of more than 30 percent.
Spain is the largest saffron customer in Iran
Pakistan, China, Japan, Argentina, Germany, Spain, Australia, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Italy, Bahrain, Belgium, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Oman, France , Qatar, Canada, Kuwait, Poland, Malaysia, Hungary, Mauritius, Netherlands, Hong Kong, India, South Africa and Greece, among them saffron customers from Iran.
In the meantime, Spain purchases 13 tons of saffron in packaging of more than 30 grams, the largest buyer of Iranian saffron, followed by the UAE, Afghanistan, China and Italy.
But among the purchasers of saffron packed, the United Arab Emirates purchases more than 18 tons of saffron ready for retail sales of the largest customer, followed by China and Saudi Arabia, which in the past six months bought each 4 tons of ready-made saffron retail from Iran. .
