At Rowhani Saffron, we ship our products globally from multiple hubs to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Our shipping policy differs depending on the type of purchase: individual (retail) or bulk (wholesale). Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Retail Orders (Individual Customers)
For retail customers who place an order through our website, we process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are shipped via national postal services, and the origin of the shipment may vary based on your location. We currently dispatch from:
- Iran – Primary origin for domestic and regional orders
- Italy – EU-friendly dispatch for faster European deliveries
- Turkey – Regional hub for Eurasian customers
Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping destination and the local postal service. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is dispatched.

2. Wholesale Orders (Bulk and B2B)
For wholesale orders, we require up to 9 business days to prepare the shipment after the order has been officially confirmed and payment received. This preparation period includes:
- Final product quality testing
- Packaging and labeling
- Preparation of Iranian export documents and customs certificates
- Coordination with accredited laboratories if needed
Once the preparation phase is complete, the order will be handed over to your selected postal or air cargo service. The delivery time from that point depends on the chosen shipping method and destination country.
We work with multiple carriers, and delivery times vary based on carrier policies, destination customs, and the urgency of shipment. Shipping method is chosen by the customer during checkout or negotiation.

General Delivery Notes
- We provide tracking numbers for all shipments once dispatched.
- Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
- Please ensure that all shipping addresses are entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.
