Refund and Return Policy

At Rowhani Saffron, we value customer satisfaction and take great care to ensure product quality. We offer two distinct return policies depending on whether the purchase is a retail (individual) order or a wholesale (bulk) transaction.


1. Retail Orders (Individual Customers)

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days from the date of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product is undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
  • No more than 10% of the product has been used.
  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our designated return address.

2. Wholesale Orders (B2B, Bulk Purchases)

All wholesale orders are fulfilled using saffron that complies with the Iranian National Standard 259-2 and ISO 3632 specifications. Each shipment is accompanied by the necessary customs documents and export certifications.

If a buyer receives a shipment that, based on an officially accredited laboratory test, does not meet the standard 259-2 saffron criteria, they may request a return and refund under the following terms:

  • The laboratory must be a recognized, officially accredited testing facility.
  • The products must be returned unused and undamaged.
  • The return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • The buyer must provide valid test documentation and purchase details.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned goods, a full refund will be issued through the original payment channel. Processing times may vary based on transaction method and shipping delays.

Note: Partial refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be offered in some situations at the discretion of our quality assurance team.


General Guidelines for All Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for valuable items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is on our side (wrong item sent, proven defect, etc.).
  • Returned items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
